Had to delete app and download again. Still doing the same thing. saying “CONNECTION LOST “ check internet connection even though my connection is perfect

Everything is perfect only if you can make invoices available for download after every purchase for people who need them,some of your customers are from across the borders and as you know brand new items wont be allowed to cross the borders without invoices also even when we ask for them directly your stuff give us tough times like we are not asking for the receipt of things we purchased with our money.Just make it downloadable on the App and Website like other online Shops so we dont have to bother You All by always asking.
