Abysmal service
The delivery time is absolutely abhorrent. I placed a delivery only to receive it 2.5 hours later (note, the scheduled time for delivery was 56 minutes). The driver had excuses with his bike not working, then couldn’t follow the address on the app, geo-location on WhatsApp or even verbal directions.
This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with the drivers. Whilst I think this is a wonderful business and I’d to support perhaps again in future, the drivers need to do better to meet the promise of “delivery ka speed”.
Love it!
This is waaaaaay better than the old one. Love the look and feel of it. So far my experience with it is great. As for the different payment method? Big ups on that. Who could’ve thought one day we’d buy food with our clothing cards. It’s a yes from me
