By hiding 'Beacons'(Bluetooth Low Energy Devices) along public area’s such as the self-drive route of game reserves and national parks, that will trigger educational and promotional content in the form of image, text or video, to pop up on directly onto your phone, the app is a sure-fire way to make sure that you still get the full wilderness experience and information even if there are no animals in sight. Love it - got a suggestion
I love this app! Really helps with the navigation of Dinokeng along with the map.
I want to suggest to have vergoed users and then to allow these to track the roads they drive. For example we were driving by the markers on the map of 420 to 312 to 311, and these were not on the virtual map... however if we could drive and mark/track it future users could make us and see the roads. Also to perhaps add the markers as on the map. Have the ability to add private roads to ensure you don’t use them without authorisation... but love the app!
Not very user friendly
This app is a really nice idea, and I love the concept. But the following is noted:
The app doesn’t fully accommodate the notched screens on iPhone 11
The sign in button is very close to the swipe up menu bar on iPhone 11
The menu icon is not visible due to colour matching
The list of sightings and the associated colour mapping does not display correctly. Only the colours are visible. The animal name is only shown when it is selected. Otherwise it’s a blank block
