Really has helped the encourage my son to brush his teeth morning and night. On two occasions the evening run did not update the sticker to show he brushed it off n the evening

Thanks for the feedback – glad to hear the app has helped with your son's brushing habits. The latest update has made various fixes to the way stars and stickers are granted. A full star is now granted for two brushes a day at least four hours apart, and a sticker should be granted at each brush. Please edit the calendar to correct any pre-existing stars your son may have missed out on. If you have any other questions, please contact customer support at 1-800-566-7252.

Oral B products no longer supported

You can buy the new characters but scanning pictures of tooth paste/ tooth brushes are no longer supported on this app…. The app does motivate our kids to brush, but would have been good if the scanner worked.
