DJI Mimo 4+

iMovie issues

Anyone else having issues recording video on the app using an iPhoneX/11Pro and then sending files to a macbook only to find that when you import them into iMovie the sound on al clips are gone ? I suspect it has to do with the type of file in which the app saves the video

Software quality control needs work…

Ran update on my camera & when rebooted all my preset modes had disappeared….. I am very disappointed, this is a mission critical device for me that I had previously setup the way I needed it to work, I had to spend the last 30 mins trying to remember all the specifics for my presets so that it can work quickly for me in the field again. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

If this had happened in the field when I am relying on my device to immediately perform that way I expect it to & the way I had set it up with specific presets for different scenarios only to find that your recent update had wiped out all my settings it could have really thrown a spanner in the works.

Test your software thoroughly before you release it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone om4 compatibility

iPhone 12 and om4, two of the latest products from both companies, I personally have seen so many complaints with integration but no real response from DJI except for sad apologies with no forward direction or results. We as consumers put our trust in these brands (DJI) and experience such dissatisfaction, there is nothing more disappointing than spending your hard earned cash on a brand/product that doesn’t even have the decency to communicate or update their customers.

Hopefully we can receive an update in the near future that will resolve this.
