DMD Demandar Panoramic Photo App
I came across this little nugget when I first got my iPhone about a year ago. What has impressed me is the ease of use, and the unique way it processes your photos into a seamless panorama.
The developers added sharing (public or private) and on my iPad, I think it's pure gold!
Now with the upgrade to increase the resolution - a worthwhile in-app purchase, this app has gotten better!!

This is a great app... the only downside is that it does not allow you to take panoramas at certain angles
