Compared to other similar that I have previously used, this app is GREAT!
Synchronization is amazing through wifi, despite that my docs to go folder is 400 Mb heavy with all sorts of files and keeps growing.
the spreadsheet just lacks "freeze panes" functionality which would be very helpful considering the small screen of the iphone.
I hope this deficiency will be corrected asap.
Very basic
If you need office software for basic work, which you will edit later on your computer, this office suite will do great.
But if you wants something just a bit more fancy... Not so much.
Most of my spreadsheets are opened as read only due to functions limitation, but works for basic spreadsheets. The powerpoint viewer is very poor and looks the same as the standard viewer. It opens up messy. The documents application will do okay. None of these I feel will be able to handle professional documents for a quick view and edit.
Oi, but are there alternatives?
Good Start- Email support Essential
This app is a good start to the sorely lacking functionality of document editing on the go, on the iphone. However, it is pretty useless to me without the ability to email a document once edited/created. It is Version 1.0, i eagerly await future versions...
