Catch up: Remembering what you are watching
I love the DSTV mobile app, but it often doesn’t update the latest episodes on catch up under my ‘what you’re watching’ section so I have to search for the newest episode of the series I’m watching under another category like new shows.
When using the app on my computer and I’m scrolling through movies and click on one I want to read up on, if I decide not to watch it, and I want to go back to the list of catch up movies, it takes me to the very top of the list of and I have to scroll all the way down to where I was. I really like the Netflix system whereby when you move your cursor over the movie title a short description comes up. This way you don’t lose your place.

I genuinely enjoy using this application, and made use of it extensively until I switched to a new device.
I would like to suggest that you make it possible for more than one email address or profile to link to a smart card (subscription), perhaps 4 different profiles (as you have the device limit) to allow for family sharing and viewing on different devices. I have recently been having trouble since I have started using a new device, even though I have been using the same credentials as I have used previously on my old device.
Why can you simply not link up to 4 email addresses or profiles to one subscription, and simply just have a main account that cannot be deleted for example.
Having to ask another family member for their sign in details to access my favorite shows when I did not have to do so previously does not make sense.
Please fix this.

I am unable to watch the Grand Prix , the lady in the call centre said that she was not able to help me , she mentioned my account is up to date, she cannot help me only the technical dept can, but she mentioned I am not able to contact them because only the call centre can and the best she can do is to escalate the matter. I have been without DSTV for a year and only switched it on for the rugby which I enjoyed even though the App was challenging at times . I guess I might as we’ll switch it off again as I don’t have to
E to wait u til tomorrow, this is one of the reasons my friends and family left DSTV, ok I am out of here too.
