Ratings and Reviews
No confirmation, can’t cancel, argumentative call centre
Tried this for the first time. The charge was debited from my credit card up front and then the app stayed stuck in “approved” not “on the way”. Alternative transport was organized for us in the interim as it seemed that after 20 mins nothing was happening. We tried to cancel the constantly not “on the way” call, however, the app prevented this and said we had to call. The call centre was argumentative and refused to cancel the call. As our alternative arrived, so did the e-cab, despite nothing showing that it was anywhere close or even confirmed in the status on the app. Fortunately, some other people were able to use the ride instead. Overall, a confusing and unimpressive service. I would recommend hailing cans the old way in Malta until they improve this.
