Simply Fabulous
Fabulous. At first, I thought I’m getting scammed as it took a while to get my confirmation of the booking, but in the end it all worked out. Fabulous app. The only fault I could make is that I have not received my invoice as yet but other than that simply fabulous. We done. Thank you.

Awful system for changing flights
The app includes flights which are fully booked as available to book which leaves you lost when your flights never get processed (as there’s a good chance the one you selected is already fully booked, yet still showing in their system). This means you have to book through an agent which is usually already really hard to do as it’s hard to get hold of them. I unfortunately was completely unable to do so because I had “recently tried to modify a booking” which was the change of flights I tried on the app. I got this message hundreds of times trying to chat to an agent but was never able too. Fix your system with regards to changing flights. Why are fully booked flights even an option to book on the app? Also make it possible for everyone to simply just chat to an agent. Kris can’t deal with all problems.
Worse service ever
I booked a flight with EDreams. Only to find out this airline Han Air that eDreams suggested does not fly individuals but only fly for businesses. EDreams books the flight without any notification of this. The flight gets cancelled and I am yet to receive my REFUND. I will never use EDreams again
It is such a scam and it is honestly so difficult to get a hold of them. As if we all want to communicate via an App. No - sometimes we need to sort things out urgently and speak to humans. I’m livid. I want my refund ASAP. Never again will I use EDREAMS and I will never suggest it to anyone because the stress and anxiety that came along with this is ridiculous
