I don’t like this app! I can’t see details of my cards. No details found about my credit card

Better than the old one?
New app is not as good as the old one. And it doesn’t offer the option to go back to the old app.
It is cumbersome to use as the options are not logical and one has to toggle between screen to see all that is expected from one screen.
I also have other banking apps and unfortunately this one is not great

Hi Jerasmu, recently we have done changes on UI by bringing in “Quick Actions” tab on the home page to make navigation easy. You can also Edit and update the displayed options. Also FAQs are incorporated to clarify customer doubts. App
This new app is not user friendly at all. Every time I try to set up my smart pass it rejects me. I have tried to set up smart pass over 80 times. I have called the bank and every time there is a story the system is down or it must fix. They don’t even bother to put you thru to IT to talk to them is always they will call you. I have been waiting to 10 days for a call from the banks IT department and still no call. It is very bad for the bank business.
