When the app works it’s amazing.
The app is easy to use. But it only allows a check in about 1/2 of the time. If it does not work... then I can check in on the web. So clearly your app in the issue. Pls work on it! Truely a pleasure when it works.
Poor customer service and deceive
I’m giving this airline 1 star because the isn’t a option for zero
Customer service is poor and they don’t even follow their terms and conditions that they have placed
And you still owe my money for about 4 month after I was told that it will only take 45 day that was in 2022 November now we are in April 2023.
