Etsy is clean, professional, and easy to use—whether you’re an avid shopper or an entrepreneur using it to run your business.

It’s not safe. I have a seller to date who did not deliver and Etsy app doesn’t make it easy to get your money back when seller hasn’t deliver. You are the one to deal with the seller. I got death threats after I gave one seller a 1 star that I had to change to to 5 star. I still don’t know were to report that it’s not easy.

Dishonest Sellers
An amazing app with stunning cosplay, but there are devious sellers who forced me to delete the app because they take your money, don’t send the product at all and don’t get back to you after many weeks of inboxing because you wondered what happened. It’s not your fault, but I can’t deal with crooks. Then it’s an excuse and a refund without asking for a refund because I still wanted the item. The seller was just overcompensating for their deficiency and to cover their tracks. I logged on via another account to inbox the same seller to buy the item as a test and he replied immediately saying it was available, but there was only one left, which I bought two weeks prior, so it should have been out of stock when I purchased and I had waited weeks and not a single message. However, asking to purchase as another buyer there was an instant reply of: yes it’s available. Sounds like people pretend there is only one left as a ruse to make you buy in a hurry, but it’s a lie by the seller to guarantee sales. Why couldn’t the seller reply to me the first time after making the purchase? Then it was lame excuses when I caught him out. I am not happy at all. Why not tell a person and then when caught out, why refund without asking if you still want the item? I think some sellers on here just take money, never send the item and if nobody says anything, well lucky them, they scored money in their account. Not cool!
