Great machine terrible app
I was a bit more than excited about receiving my 4K, only to be drastically let down by the app. The machine itself looks incredible and if it can do everything that is advertised then it will probably live up to the expectations. The app however is incredibly frustrating in its content and user experience. There are absolutely zero instructions on how to use the 4K and when I finally managed to set up a cook the app kept reseting itself, rendering the temperature probes pointless. It’s such a sophisticated bit of culinarily equipment, which comes across as completely agricultural when you try to use it. Until the app works, I’ll just stick to my Weber and Meater. Thanks anyways.
