“Works with everything” what a lie!
Sonoff claim their app works with everything. I have Philips Wiz smart bulbs connected through matter. I cannot create a group with them so I can control all of them at once. Instead, on my NSpanel. I have to sit and change every single bulb individually. It’s so frustrating. What was the point of buying an incredibly expensive NSpanel if I cannot even use it for what I wanted it for. I also don’t understand how most Wi-Fi bulbs are not supported even though Google home supports EVERYTHING Incl. some cheap smart bulbs I bought that run through the Smart life app.
Come on Sonoff. Do better, Please. This is pathetic. I’ve sent so many emails and they fall on deaf ears. Please just listen already. Enough is enough. If you want to keep your company progressive, keep up and listen to your customers.

Scenes not working
Would like an option to add scenes to devices that are added through sharing. Currently only allows scenes if device added from the account directly. Should allow family setup to let all accounts in a family see and control all devices.
Glitchy Apple Watch app
The Apple Watch app is very glitchy, I ride a bike and I use eWeLink to open my driveway gate, when the watch app came out I was so happy so I didn’t have to fumble trying to get my phone out to open the gate and so on, but very disappointed when I open eWeLink on my Apple Watch all the connected devices on the watch start flashing on and off and the eventually I can press the button, then there is still a long delay for the gate to actually open…same long wait to close the gate.
Also would be nice if you could make a complication for the Apple Watch so we don’t have to go to the apps on the watch to scroll and find eWeLink to use the app.
