Amazing App
I use this app in my business where clients need to submit receipts to IRS. It has been very helpful for most of my clients and saves me a lot of time. What would make it even better is if you could select the format of the scanned image. Is is currently scanning as jpg, but it would be nice if I can select to change it to pdf.
Other than that a truly brilliant app!
Excellent product and customer service!
Love Expensify and would highly recommend it to small business owner who would like to track their expenses with ease.
Poor resolution to a billing issue and support!!!!
This is one very dissatisfied customer about to be an ex customer with Expensify. For the last 5 weeks I have even been in communication with different members of the team , the last one was Cortney, who has copied and pasted a sorry we are still waiting for an answer from the team .... this is the poorest customer service that I have ever experienced from a company. To date I still have yet to be given a resolution to the problem ... so what now !!!! Is someone going to be able to give me an answer or am I to go to another app and recount my poor service from Expensify on social media ???
