Horrible app
I recieved my funds a few days ago and transferred, but didn’t recieve a proof of payment, or any recording of it in the transaction. Till now I have not received my money. I am hungry and have only been eating pap with salt, when I was supposed to buy groceries. I’ve tried emailing them countless, messaging them on WhatsApp, Facebook and instagram, but still. They insisted that they fixed the app, but I still see no record of my money being returned to me. I plead with you. I have nothing left except for Nsfas, but still nothing. I’m a struggling student please help me.
This app is horrible
This app is horrible,you can’t access you money when you want to,when the app opens up its always kicks you out ,it’s functions don’t work 80% of the time you have to leave the app and go back in again multiple times before it works,the company randomly freezes/holds you Acces to the app,thier call centre drops calls on you and they don’t help whatsoever,the services related to Izaga doesn’t is horrible or useless
Poor service
This app is very bad bad bad bad n the service is very poor . It’s always saying “ please check internet connection “ when you try to open the app even though the internet connection is good.
It takes too long to open, it’s has extreme charges not suitable for anyone. It’s very very horrible
