I’d like to propose that you indicate the heel length for all heeled shoes like other shopping apps.

If you are ordering outside of the USA like i am, I live in South Africa btw, be prepared to wait for more than a month, I ordered on the 30th of January 2022, and as I write this review it is 9 March 2022 and still my clothes haven’t even left USA, Fashion Nova sets unrealistic estimated delivery dates that keep your hopes up for nothing, they lie to you saying it will arrive on this date and push the date back like to 20 days more.
Their choice of carrier is bad, the carrier handling my package is RR Donellly, since I ordered i have not received an email from them, I can’t even find a way to contact them, they don’t provide order updates which is stressful, I feel like I’m left in the dark.

The clothes on Fashion Nova seem very nice, although I haven’t actually physically seen them , on the pictures it looks like good quality, I really like the variety and cool designs they offer , in terms of the clothing it’s a : 10/10, but in terms of customer service and shipping experience I’d give them a 2/10 they really leave you in the dark

The customer service is terrible if you live outside the USA. I’ve ordered 3 times from them and they’ve never delivered my clothes on time. They’ve lied each time and set unrealistic expectations. Other clothing stores that deliver on time is the reason I’ve consistently bought from them. I got my friends to order from them too and are all disappointed at the poor customer service and unrealistic delivery dates.
