Convenient, Easy Control & Monitoring

Love the ability to arm, disarm and bypass remotely and easily, plus the alerts on my phone if alarm gets activated. Good, simple, and effective app, that was the decider for me when choosing a security provider for my home. The missing 5th star is for an occasional bug where sometimes if I exit out from bypassing zones in the partition too quickly, it blanks out with completely white screen, and needs me to shut down and restart the app so I can complete the bypass and arm. If there was a 4,5 out of 5 option I would choose that instead of 4, because the overall experience is excellent.

The alarm takes a while to switch on if you do from your phone compared to the keyboard but sometimes the alarm does not switch on if you try from the app which is quite frustrating.

Good day. The app is such a great tool to have, but when bypassing zones, trying to bypass multiple zones at once often fails. And each bypass request takes a long time to complete. In the end using the app is just frustrating. If this was not the case, it would be a useful tool. Improvement would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hefty fee, bad service

It's like the developers don't really know what they're doing and you pay a monthly fee to use the app. My keypad is located far away, so the app is my only option. The sales people are always so enthusiastic and persuasive, but the end product is subpar. I'm actually thinking of just ending my armed response with ADT.
