Absolutely convenient. Easy to operate and so quick to process an order and it never freezes or give out some funny error message👌🏾

I placed an order at 18:44 for delivery at 20:00. At 20:15, I had not received my order so I tried logging an online query to be told they cannot trace my order but to call the store. I call the store and when I select option 2, I get transferred to Debonairs, when I stay on the line no one answers. When I dial again I select option 1 and no one answers. When I call the call centre, it takes 7 minutes to answer to be told the restaurant will call me. I receive a call from the store at 20:27 to be told the driver is almost there. I wait a further 20 minutes before a call the call centre again, wait 7 minutes for my call to be answered. I then wait while to speak to the store and then take my number for the restaurant to call me (this is now 12 minutes after I placed the call). What makes it worse is I have tipped the driver for my order which I haven’t received. So in short, order through Mr D rather because at least there is comeback if you don’t get your food. Absolutely disgusted!!

Was disappointed with the first order placed on the app with the Malvern store. I purchased a box of fish and chips among other things for a neighbour. When opened by the them, the meal contained no fish, just the chips, rice and coleslaw. I could not reach the Malvern branch to rectify the error as the phones rang continuously with no answer. I had to later on place an additional order with the Bluff store to replace the meal that I gave to my neighbour. Was quite disappointed!
