Great game but just to play you need to spend a lot of money or even your rewards that you win when you win the game

Dont even download it and waste your time.

You will enjoy it for the first hour-thoroughly enjoy it in fact! Its a fun game!

But if you don't have loads of cash to spend on a game this is not for you.
The developer replies to similar reviews stating that all levels are able to be completed without spending money.

Now if you look at this factually, yes you do not have to pay x amount to pass a level. But you certainly need “power-ups/upgrades” whatever you would like to call it.

And to receive these you have to spend gems. And as we all know from these games, gems cost money. The ratio in which you earn the gems playing games is completely off to how you have to spend them to actually be able to complete a level. And even if you spend the gems for more cards- they dont give you cards to be able to complete the level.

Its a good game- just try to ease down on the price of power-ups!

What appealed to me was the “mini” games that one could play between the various levels.

However as you progress they become less and fewer, and they aren’t really challenging.

What I don’t like is that with in the first 50-75 levels you progress quite rapidly but there after, it requires you to “spend” a lot of the “diamonds” you accumulate through out the levels.
You also spend more on “diamonds” to play levels the higher you progress but the rewards if you succeed doesn’t increase equally.

Which means you’ll have to spend more real cash if you want to progress and get “beautiful aquariums”

the algorithms are designed that if you want to progress
A) you will need a lot of patience or
B) you need to spend cash

I’ve played many versions of these types of games before, but I will not continue with Fishdom Solitaire
