The app is great, but has a few bugs
The main issue I have is this. A new iOS update is rolled out, and suddenly my mobile device is no longer “linked” to my account. Try to chat to private banking representative, and the reply is “sorry. Cannot help you, please delete your device from “online banking settings>devices, then reconnect it”. easy enough I think. So I try to do this on my phone... No luck. Impossible to delete devices. Try it on my iPad, same problem. Then my iMac using safari, no option available to delete a device, finally tried chrome and the same issue. So here
I sit with a non functional app, and a few serious banking issues with serious consequences. i have tried to do this several,times, but it doesn't give me that option (to delete a device). Please don’t tell me it only works on IE, because After 11 years of hassle free computing, I will never again be the owner of any Windows based device. Honestly, it’s an awesome alp with all the functionality anyone would desire, but I cannot begin to explain the frustration I feel right now.
GUI more complex and clustered.
1. Honestly the new user interface has just become more cumbersome and clustered after the current and the previous updates.
The old FIXED task bar-ish icon setup at the bottom of the screen made navigation between main functions more easier. Now the menu hides away and makes it much complex to move around the main functions.
2. Problem when scrolling thru transactions. If I select a transaction to view it’s details (time, transaction fee etc) and click on back, the app takes me up to the latest transaction instead of going back when I was in the transaction list. This makes it difficult to scroll thru list and view details because when I click back it never returns me to the transaction I was busy with.

Update on the latest version: I’ve got a response from the developer. All I can say is: have you tried using it in landscape mode on an iPad? It’s pathetic. Who cares about rearranging icons. The app is a far cry from what it once was if icons and menus are more important than actual banking data. How hard can it be to get this right, you had it right before...
Previous review (01): The updated version of the app for tablets is sad. Instead of using the full screen, information is displayed in a quasi-window, which is approx 1/3 of the screen in size, effectively like using a phone app on the tablet. I give up on this app on a tablet, it’s a pain to use. The dev team really needs to wake up. UI design was previously significantly more functional, and that should be the first goal for an app like this.
Review on the previous version: The scaling of the side menu and the buttons at the bottom is not correct on an iPad (text is huge), while the bottom buttons are too short on the iPhone 6s. Aside from this, the new interface doesn't bring any real benefit - many common tasks like account transfers now require an additional tap to get to...
