Description
FormConnect is an easy to use app for designing and filling out forms for use on your iPhone and iPad. Its simple design allows you to customize the forms the way you want them to look.
The app comes with several pre-built templates to choose from. Pick whichever one you like or build your own. Customize your form to accept text, dates, check boxes, pick lists, radio buttons, photographs and signatures fields.

• Fixed an issue that was preventing some users from exporting forms to the Box cloud service.
• Fixed an issue where some of the form settings on the home screen were not displaying.
Ratings and Reviews
New update has a lot of bugs
Since updating the App yesterday I have experienced a lot of bugs - to print, I need to close the App and reopen, the Tab button does not shift to the next field, but skips several fields, some fields delete themselves. Please fix these bugs ASAP as I find this App very useful.

V1.7.9.2 and V1.7.9.3 fixed the bugs that you referenced. If you haven't already, check the App Store for these updates.
