Medication costs are additional and based on type, which start at just $229 per month.
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription auto-renews automatically (unless canceled) at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Ratings and Reviews
Ignoring subscription cancellation and refund request
I emailed them to cancel my subscription and request a full refund, as they had promised. This has gone ignored, except for automated emails telling me “how much they can’t wait to help” me. The automated email also advises me to communicate with them through other channels - help desk, chat bot, etc - but in their Terms and Conditions, it states that to cancel and be refunded you must email them at the address I used. So, their directing me to other channels seems like a run-around. Is this just poor or shady?
Nice plan - impossible to cancel though
I loved the pro plan and lost the weight steadily, but when I reached my goal weight and wanted to cancel my plan i found it very difficult. I could not cancel it through the app store and online it is also not possible. The cancelation required me to make a phone call to to the US and I have not been able to get a hold of anyone to assist me in canceling my account.
This app is a scam!!!
I signed up for a 7 day trial. After 6 days I wanted to cancel the subscription. It gives you a cancellation button on the app, but after following the process, it tells you that you have to call the international number to cancel. My network doesnt allow me to phone internationally, so it is basically impossible to cancel. I had to cancel my bank card and report G-plan as fraud in order to prevent them from deducting $39 from my account.
