Actually amazing
This app has helped me so much for the 5 months I’ve been using it. I think it would be really cool if we could add friends and compete and challenge each other in the app or even be able to talk to other guitarists in the app for tips or tricks in specific songs, genres, etc. But overall a fantastic app!!!!
Improvements
The app is great, has helped me a ton.
But major improvements can be made.
•First of all, a practice run, where you can fast forward or repeat certain parts of the lesson. Because basically at the moment you don’t have practice time on that song, it’s either win or fail, and when you play it’s about reaction time and less about playing the song.
•Then a option where we can replay a song that we have learned, some songs sound sick and would be fun to just replay then without any lesson required or looking for the particular song through al the lessons, just a album would be nice to replay
•A small thing but I feel it would be very useful, when you go to skills, it would be nice to actually look at what that skill taught you and not just a trophy. For example, I have already learned lick 1 but forgot how to play it, so then just go to skills and see.
•Last thing, there is a major difficulty spike in Barre Chords & Deep Skills at lesson 23. Where it teaches you to handle one chord every lesson before that, but then you have to play 4 and pretty fast as well. Again this may not be a problem with the hole practice and rewind thing ‘n mentioned.

Best app on the market
So I’ve used quite a few apps on the market today and have to say the Gibson app is hands down the best there is. Simple to follow, awesome songs and the new features are awesome. Plus it’s the most affordable app available
