Horrible customer experience
I made a payment for a house cleaner last night. I scheduled my booking for 9am today, it’s currently 08:46 and I don’t know if the cleaner is coming or not yet they took my money. I tried contacting g them on WhatsApp but nothing. I tried to check upcoming bookings on the app but nothing. Honestly just looks like a scam.
