Keeps one motivated

The app provides a manageable set of exercises in order to progress through various levels. Core strength seems to be central here. Short videos demonstrate the exercises which is rather helpful.

2 problems

1. The app and the developer’s website have not been updated since 2018. That means that there is no support for the app and no updates to handle any bugs.
2. The app does not offer any suggested alternatives for exercises. For instance, I see that the first workout of the program I want to do involves tuck jumps. I can’t do tuck jumps because of ongoing problems with joints in my feet. There are no suggested alternative exercises for people with injuries or recurring problems. Other apps will specifically ask users if they have any problems and make the necessary adjustments to the workout routine.
