The most active community of outdoor enthusiasts. Period.

Connect with local hunters & anglers. Discuss gear. Learn tactics from outdoor headlines. Share tales. GoWild is like a digital campfire with your buddies.

The Near Me feature connects you to local expert anglers, hunters and outdoor enthusiasts. Filter across 60+ topics.

GoWild Gearbox pulls gear from major retailers and manufacturers into one place, allowing you to cut through the marketing speak and have real conversations with real outdoor enthusiasts. Search hundreds of thousands of products, see reviews, get feedback on gear and more. The best part? 1% of our profits from Gearbox purchases are donated to outdoor nonprofits.

Save your fishing and hunting memories with the GoWild trophy system. Load your animal or fish, capture the stats, share the details of the story, and we’ll save the story to your profile to share your best moments of the year.

Share your outdoor adventures by importing your tracked activities from Garmin or Apple Healthkit. You can post an anonymized map of your activities along with photos and feel your heartrate with our haptics right when something amazing happened.

Tap Trailmix to find outdoor articles from all across the web. Keep up to date with tips, tactics and gear reviews. And share your favorites in the community!

Followers are not necessary on GoWild. As a forum, GoWild makes it incredibly easy to find content about the topics you love. The app’s content is fully customizable—see the kind of content you want, nothing you don’t.

We’ve partnered with some of the best chefs in the industry to create our recipe system. Log your own recipes, or find new ways to cook your favorite wild game.

What’s New

Version 8.21

We have decided to retire our recipe functionality. We thank all of you who have taken the time to upload recipes, but we are sunsetting this effort to give our team time to focus on more popular features within GoWild. Over the next few weeks, previously uploaded recipes will be converted into normal posts. As of today, you can no longer upload via the Recipe button. Instead, just share your recipes like a normal post in the Cooking Trail. This release also includes bug fixes.
