Badly frozen but good

I love your game my little four year old brother got it on his iPad and I liked so I got on my iPad. I really liked it but it always said slow connection and it really really aggravated me because every thing else on the internet was working and my brothers one was working as well. To make matters worse when I finished coloring the girl in the Halloween aisle YOUR game decided to freeze that night. Then I woke up 30 minutes ago and YOUR game is still frozen. So please fix the app this week and not next year! Now I hate your stupid horrid game !

What’s up with these adds?

Man, I really didn’t want to go basic Karen. Especially about something I love. And I do, I love this game. So does my mother and older sister. I can’t even remember how many years we’ve been playing Happy Color. But lately the adds have been killing it. Every time that unnecessarily long Royal Match add comes up, I immediately get so annoyed by it that I just quit mid-add and forget about coloring all together. Of course, there are other annoying adds too, but that one in particular is especially irritating. It comes up way too much and by the time it finally ends, I’m not even in the mood to color anymore.

If it’s really so important to put adds in this app/game, please consider keeping them short and sweet. Or at least stop showing the Royal Match add. The amount of adds that thing pops up isn’t urging me to download it - instead, it’s making me wish I had the power to permanently remove it from the App Store.

I’m not the only person who feels this way about Royal Match and how its adds have become one of the biggest frustrations on the apps and games we enjoy. I’m sorry about the complaint, but I hope you can understand why this has become an issue. I trust that you will look into the problem, but I will say thank you for doing everything else right.

Kicking me out of game

Hi I absolutely love this game and have been playing it for the last few months. For the last week or so it’s been kicking me out the game and just returns to home screen on my iPad. Is there other people having the same problem, don’t want to not be able to play this game. Doesn’t matter where I go into, if it’s to continue with a game or start a new game, Please help!
