Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery 12+

I don’t normally, write reviews. When a game asks me to rate one whilst I am in game I politely decline and carry on playing. So why am I writing one now? Well because this game went out of its way to tell me thanks. I’ve been playing since launch and I, like many picked it up because I love Harry Potter. It never harasses me with ads and never constantly asks me for money. (It has a polite notification on the side for when there are real life money purchases for the gems you buy with real money). Sure, the progression may be slow in the game without using actual money but it’s not impossible to progress and I have never felt like I had to pay to keep enjoying the game. I logged in today to play after work and the game actually gave me 100 free gems just for playing since launch. I don’t know how to make great games but if the devs support me when I support them-I’ll happily keep playing.

I feel that energy is a big thing a player gets irritated about this I suggest that energy does not take such a long time to read generated again and I think that it should cost a bit less gems than what it is right now for one person I’m really struggling with the energy situation and really hope that there’s a solution to it Hogwarts mystery has been a really amazing game for me I’ve really been playing it and doing my best and it’s really been the thing that I’ve been up to lately and energy has really been hitting me down about this I don’t think that energy should actually be a thing but if that’s not being considered we can lower down the cost and take down the time that it takes to regenerate because I have a feeling that it takes too long and a lot of players get irritated and upset

When completing the years I don’t like that we have to wait two hours to go to the next mission and next level it takes a lot of time and some people don’t have the gems and stuff to speed it up and I personally think that it should be removed also do you link it takes too long for a person to after they do it for it to be for a person to be able to do it again I really think that that that they should be a solution to this thank you

Being a huge Harry Potter fan, I can go as far as saying that I am a potterhead...when I excitedly hit the download button for the game, I must admit the euphoria was real. However as I played through the game I only managed to get to the train to Hogwarts as seen in the game. Thereafter the whole app suddenly froze for a couple minutes then closed down completely! I have tried re-entering however I again only reached the train before the app shut down...this, I find highly disappointing, as many look forward to enjoying a real good game and support the Portkey games! This is definitely not an issue to do with the device used but the app created, referring to multiple other apps and games used I have only had a problem with the Portkey games. I was thoroughly enjoying the first bits of the game I managed to play (the visuals were great and so were the features ) and would have rated it a five if it weren’t for the issue. As mentioned before I am a huge fan and was (repeated) highly disappointed 😟. This is also not the only Portkey game that was an issue but your latest one as well, which I successfully managed to download after one hour and would not let me in. And to put in all that effort to play or even open a game is shocking. I would hope that the matter would be resolved soon and including the ones in the comments mentioned. As a top rated game played worldwide the time that was wasted that could have been used more productively was also shocking.
