Text or talk to a registered medical doctor for free, and receive customised daily health advice at the touch of a button. Conversations with our doctors are completely private and confidential.

Nice to know it's there, until they say consult your gp
I have used the app a few times, and all of these times the doctors on the other side just refer me to my gp.
I would like the doctors to be able to help me in an emergency situation with things to use around the house or prescribe something basic. I cannot always get to the gp in time, and need things for the in between uses.
It irks me that they just say consult your doctor if they don't get better(like duh) I thought that was what I was doing. The virtual aspect could be used surely in this day and age. I then feel stupid for using the app as I am none the wiser. And I hate that the doctors just close the chat, starting a new chat takes hours...
Not user friendly
User interface is not user friendly. I am able to send a request to initiate a text conversation but I am unable to respond and that usually leaves the doctor with no choice but to close the query as I am unable to respond. I only have the option to view my responses in the "chat history" tab. The amount of times I have started conversations and have had them closed with no resolve is mildly frustrating. I appreciate the service being offered, but it is frustrating to know that it is available but inefficient.
Good doctors’ advice, some bug fixes needed
I’ve had good advice every time I use the app and it’s great for middle-of-night questions or times when I’m not sure if my symptoms need a doctor. Just two things that would improve the app: I’d like to be notified when a doctor responds without having to keep opening the app, and I’d like a way to thank the doctors afterwards. What often happens is that the chat closes because I didn’t realize the doctor had replied again, and then it looks like I just disappeared without saying anything once I received the advice.
