Collossal waste of time
Despite a full diagnostic check telling me that my printer is online, connected and "ready to receive my files", and despite checking that I am connected to the same wifi network as my printer, the printer will still regularly refuse to print anything. The only thing that seem to fix the issue is to get my device to forget the printer, and then re-install/set up the printer, so that I can print one page. I regulary spend in excess of 20 minutes just trying to get one document to print.
FRUSTRATING
You have changed the software making it more frustrating and irritating. Fire your programmers. Your software needs to be as good as the hardware, intuitive and easy to use. Not labour and time intensitive. It makes me want to throw away your product.
No support from HP
I bought this printer from HP onlin 9 months ago.
I cannot get any help from them and also from the HP help number where the person did not seem to know what an HP Neverstop porinter 1200 was and could not help me. I gacve him the number from the printer and he said he had no idea what it was. I was then referred to a commercial outlet for assistance at my own cost. That outlet only has robots answering their phone, nobody to talk to. I will NEVER vpurcahse an HP anything ever afgain and I would nadvise people against doijng so if this is the level of service and guarantee that they can expect. I have been trying to get help now for several weeks and I sit qith an almost new printer and no function. It is a disgrace.
