Order not delivered but paid
I recently ordered from AlBaik in Olaya Riyadh
The driver contacted me for the address and after that my order was deemed delivered.
I reached out to customer care and spoke to Saliha and she promised to refund me but only refunded 12riyals. I escalated the matter with customer service and I have not received any response from them. This is my hard earned money. If this is how they do their business then it’s bad business. You can’t allow stores or drivers to steal from customers
I’m very very angry and disappointed 👎🏾
