Issues resolved
So I downloaded the game today, bought just over 1k gems to get the Meg and big momma. Used the Meg and quit the game. Only to see my account was wiped. No gems, no sharks. I’m happy to review this once Ubisoft sorts my account out. And yes, I did bind my apple account before making a purchase.
Update: support addressed and resolved my issues. Good to see a support team who actively assists players.

Add Blood please
The game is fine and the sharks look cool (even though they barely look like actual sharks) but the one thing that bothers me is that there is no blood spewing when we eat stuff. It’s why I kinda prefer Hungry Shark Evolution. Can you guys please make it so there is blood when we eat stuff. Or is this game supposed to be playable for people who are over sensitive to seeing blood?
One problem
So I was playing the game but I died and it wouldn’t let me end the game I had no connection at the time so I had to waste my gems and it happened again in that game it stopped after I closed the app I really like the game but this glitch has been the biggest rubbish in the game I’ve seen the rest is great but this glitch is the issue 😡
