Great Game! New Bug
Thank you for this epic game! Been addicted since I got it.
One issue though, after the latest update my ships scroll bar (when looking at various ships to build) doesn't disappear when I go to another screen and I have to exit the whole game just to fix it. Otherwise, GREAT GAME! Thanks for doing this.
Beware!!!
Brilliant game, such a cash cow but please be aware that if ANYTHING goes wrong in the game Scopely don’t care. I have so far waited 9 days for a response to have my account reinstated. Scopely support is rubbish. Even found a co founder of Scopely on Linked In and managed to have a brief chat to him and then, just like Scopely support. I got radio silence. I am not the only horror story that I have heard of lately. I have tried every Avenue to a contact them directly, Twitter, Facebook, Facebook messenger, in game, linked in, their website help service, even their company phone number. That is the biggest joke. According to their voicemail, no one is available to take your call. Oh but someone is ALWAYS available to take your money for a pack or ten.
Epic game?
This “epic” is full of bugs. You constantly need to reset the app or as they call it “clear localization” but that also does’t work you will,have to restart your device multiple times daily. Ships get stuck in battle, event and daily details not displaying and points gained in events does not add up. When you Lock a call with scopely they response is late and irrelevant. I have logged 6 bugs with them and no solution from soppurt other than reset, your device, check you network or we are working on a solution. This could be a fun game to play without all these bugs and poor support
