Problem help pls
I love Snapchat the filters are fun cute and crazy I always post something on my story and I snap my friends and family all the time I recommend it but the only problem is and I think it’s only my device is that it says Snapchat is a camera app I click go to settings but for some reason I can’t find the camera part like where I allow and not allow camera but when I first installed this app I allowed camera so can someone pls help me please
Horrible
I wish I could give zero stars. My account got temporarily suspended for giving the wrong password even tho I checked and it was the correct password. I then waited a few days and tried again, it immediately permanently suspended my account or idek what exactly. However I can log into my iPad or any other device with the same information and it will work. Just my phone doesn’t. Which I think is ridiculous. I’ve tried making new accounts and still says temporarily suspended. I tried speaking to Snapchat and they ignore you after like a few messages of back and forth or they simply don’t reply. Worse customer service I’ve ever seen, like it’s a disgrace. They should do better. If they going to make so many errors or “bugs” on their app they should at least know how to fix it
