One very irritating glitch

Generally, this app works fine, but one very irritating glitch. Whenever I change my password on another device, the Macbook app just don't get the message. On iPad and iPhone the apps immediately ask for the new password on first access after password change, but on the Mac, nothing happens - it just stops syncing. Following instructions found on the web - go to Tools > Accounts > type in new password in "Password box" DOES NOT WORK as there is no "password box". Clearing out all Office related passwords in Keychaing does not help. Updating the app does not help. All that works is to unistall the app, deleting all data, and reinstalling, which is very irritating to do every month. And no, I can't change the password on the Mac first, as there is no "Password box". It has been this way for months. Fix it.

mail grouping

I would like an option on my mac to group the incoming mail under the name. So the name ie Jane, and then an drop down option under Janes name with all the e-mails from Jane. So instread of seeing 20 Jane, Jane, Jane, Jane listed underneath each other, have the option of Jane and drop down if I want to see all the mails from Jane. It will create a feel of a less clogged up mail box. Togehter with that, If there are mails under Jane's name that have not been opened, then Bold Jane's name. If there are not unopened mails under Jane, then her name is not in bold.

Its Bad

Not sure why people are pushing new outlook so hard, clearly the influencing community is getting rewarded handsomely. You cannot run rules on Gmail or iCloud only on outlook, which is a problem. You cannot move your columns around eg Start with Date, Person, Subject. The customisation that everyone raves about is things like colors WOW so i can change the color of my inbox, woopy doo, great for people who are use outlook for email for influencing. What about the people who use it for business..... And what is with pushing pride color theme / pride month settings to me, i mean really! Also the notifications settings is a marketing tool, it shouldnt be there and cant figure out how to switch it off. I dont need Miscrosoft interupting my work time with notifications. Old outlook is the best, not sure what i am going to do when new outlook is the only version! This is the second time i am submitted this review, it seems as though for some reason it is not being shown wonder if it is because it is a one star. Lets see.
