Firstly- the gym entered my info incorrectly into their systems so the wrong email address was used to create my profile. I then picked it up two weeks ago when I tried to access the system and the app kept saying “user not found” when I used my email. I then updated and corrected my email on the gyms internal system. I was told to wait a day or two for “head office” to update my profile so I can access it… It’s been two weeks. The app still says “user not found”. Really annoyed.

This app has not been working - due to terrible management and admin- my details are not even registered on your system - even though I have been a member for 2 years +. Also the staff at the Port Elizabeth branch are constantly changing and then try and bicker with me because I don’t use an app to come into the gym- hence it has been broken for months!IGNITE sort yourself out honestly- you are losing clients.

Why all of a sudden the switch from cards to app. No notice, never even received an onboarding email, struggling with customer support to get this sorted. Even above and beyond these issues, half the facilities at the actual locations are non functional. Missing parts of machines, broken air-con, no load shedding proofing. All in all poor performance on all levels.

I haven’t even been able to get into the app to see how it works. No one at the gym or online can tell me how to login or what logins to use as an existing member of Ignite Fitness. I was told I would receive communication about how to login and never did, and there isn’t a sign up option so it’s pretty much useless.
