App Crashes on 2021 Ipad Pro M1 12.5 inch
Hi
This app simply crashes on the latest most powerful Ipad yet works on my 2019 Iphone XS. Kindly assist as this is the only app that opens these kinds of files, which usually contain sensitive information.

When i need to register it says error 400.
Support team has been informed. It’s been 2 weeks and nothing has changed.
Wrong Password
I have changed my password two times and it still says wrong password, the same password works on my laptop but not on my phone.
