Easy to set up and easy to use. This app is gold indeed. The peace of mind i have from being able to monitor my alarm system is worth the small subscription fee. Would be nice to see some additional features like battery voltage. I have noticed that if the connection from the panel to the servers is poor the app tends to be inconsistent. I opted for the PCS250 as the cellular connection in my area is good and the GSM unit is cheaper than the IP150. The 30 days trial period was perfect for setting up and testing the app. Thanx Paradox.

After being forced to use this app for a year now as the iParadox app was discontinued for latest ios version. The old app worked perfectly but even though you have to pay annually for this new app it still has bugs. This app is slower when connecting. It disconnects sometimes soon after connecting. It sometimes shows area 1 and area 2 even though my panel has disabled area 2 I then have to force close and reconnect. The fonts and icons are too small and do not increase dynamically even if you increase your ios font size. Please can dev be done to allow zones to be added to groups. This will quickly and easily allow bypassing of groups rather than scrolling through all your zones. Thank You 27November2021 - new comments This app is still extremely unstable even though a firmware update was done recently via the app on my IP150 device and new version of the app. 1. App struggles to connect or takes 2/3minutes. 2. Sometimes it throws you out immediately. 3.sometimes it does not save your bypassed zones. 4. Sometimes it connects and shows Area1 and Area2 even though i have disabled Area2 on my panel. Why does it work sometimes and other times gives issues. I am running lastest IOS, latest app version and latest firmware version on IP150. Crappy app. The old iParadox app was perfect and was free.

Sorry you are encountering issue with our app. Manny connectivity issues can be solved by upgrading the firmware of the communication module. Please contact me to investigate the connection issue and the firmware version.
The bypassing feature is intended to be used for special cases where a zone does not close or if it does not need to arm. Please note that this can be a security breach and it`s not recommended to bypass multiple zones. If you wish to arm separate groups of detectors, the installer can program multiple areas, to arm them separately.

Your app is still glitchy even after you said you fixed the issues.
- Sometimes the app doesn’t allow you in if you are connected to the wifi (even though there is nothing wrong with your line connection and the line speed is also not the problem) but you can get in through your mobile network.
- Other times you can’t get in at all.
- Then other times you get in just for the app to kick you out immediately. So basically you have to carry on trying to log in at least 6 or more times.
- If the app kicks you out or if you change to a different app or lock your phone you will have to quit the app as you won’t be able to log in again as the app just hangs.
- I’ve logged in before and bypassed certain zones / deactivated the alarm, which then shows as such on the app. You can then log out and log back in just to see that it isn’t bypassed or deactivated.
- Since around the end of May I also can’t see the arming and disarming history anymore.

This is a very frustrating app and it really is less of an hassle just to use the alarm keypad. A big let down as this app has so much potential to be great if it just worked like is is supposed to. An app that you have to pay for that is full of glitches and issues. Wish we had a few apps that we could choose from that was compatible with our Paradox alarm system but unfortunately there isn’t and we are stuck with this one.
