It feels like I’ve got a whole community and support in my pocket! It super interactive and an unbelievable amount of choice and variations to suit all my training needs! Helps to keep me on track nutritionally too! I can see my weekly and monthly trends! Love that you can also reach out to real Coaches for extra support and accountability!!
Smooth, fast & suits my needs
I love that this App is a one stop shop for all my health needs. Whether I’m working out at home or the gym OR if I have no equipment or some equipment - there’s a workout for me! I also love the nutrition element with various menu’s and easy to follow recipes! So easy to stay on track with the tracking page! Love it!
Everything and more
It’s a great app coz it provides me one space to take account of my physical and mental wellness. So much variety but it’s not overwhelming and there is everything for everyone no matter what your fitness level is.
