I love your puzzles with the cat picture in blue but the last few days I haven’t been able to complete cause of the ads, on BOTH sides of the puzzle Adds driving me crazy🤬🤬🤬
I understand you have to have ads but those games where you have to press the X button to close, you sometimes have to press it a couple of times before it closes. Especially Royal Match

The app is fantastic, beautifully designed and works as expected. The features such as changing the background colour and secret puzzles are great. I also love that if you are finished with a puzzle that it is removed from the main list. I would however enjoy a 'randomised' puzzle button that just gives me any random puzzle.

I've also lost out on many coins as the app freezes often when I'm about to collect the coins. Ads would often freeze and just not stop playing until I kill the app.

The ads are definitely a lot, but I understand why it's needed. Overall loving the app!

For this select "Help" in the application and contact our support team. Once we get more information, we'll be able to solve this issue.

A small enhancement, please?

Exclude partially completed puzzles from the 'my puzzles' section and rename the 'my puzzles' section to 'my completed puzzles' section as the 'in progress' section is available

OR

Can you add a sort option on % completed to the 'my puzzles' section to push the 100% completed puzzles to the bottom

A search within the categories would also help, eg. Lion, giraffe, etc in animals; waterfall, dam, forest, etc in nature; fruit, juice, breakfast, cake, etc in food. I understand that a few hashtags per puzzle would add a lot of work for you...
