Not happy at all

I have been using this app for years loved it thought it was bloody brilliant I had 7 credits used them to call a few friends and every time i played back the recording was just the recorded prank and not my friends talking. I thought perhaps it was them just not talking but then I used a credit to call my partner next to me and the call never went through to him but funny enough it said it did the call it used a credit and once again the playback was blank . He was never called at all but it showed he was. What a waste of money this is really upsetting.
