Arrogant, rude and insulting!
I provided highly detailed queries giving an abundance of background information etc and asked very specific queries and the responses so far have been very poor, not to mention that I was told I have no hope of a happy and fulfilling life and when I raised the issue I received a response that was both arrogant and insulting and I was told to use other astrology services since I wanted to “believe lies” as was the insinuation in the response yet 3 other services that provided more comprehensive responses have been accurate to the letter. This lot cannot even construct a sentence in English so that it makes sense and then they have the nerve to be rude and insulting to a paying customer! They should be removed from the App store because they have no idea what customer service is. I would be surprised if they stay in business very long considering they make customers wait almost 24 hours for responses and their competitors who charge the same rate provide responses in less than 12 hours! Rather use a more reputable service cause these guys do not provide a value added service and they have no respect.
