Best App

Karri App is the best idea App , especially for small kiddies who can’t keep money safe at school in this way we know that all monies are received at school. However there is some room for improvement, once I have paid civvies for the whole year , I still get notifications that I still need to pay for civvies , I get these notifications almost every day. I am unable to dismiss the notifications because they greyed out,therefore I am not sure if my payment was received or not ?!,Also it would be nice if teachers would get a list of learners who paid and who have not paid , slot of times I still get the teacher sending my daughters home to ask for civivies when there will be an event at school . A schedule should be atleast distributed to each class/teacher to keep them up to date of who has paid.

As a parent, I am thrilled with the new Karri Card addition to the app! Top-notch security features mean kids can tap, swipe and budget without a bank account or accidentally giving scammers access to their bank details.

Parents can set spending limits, monitor transactions in real time and easily transfer funds via the app. The card has a PIN, can be used at any pay point and comes with a lanyard and carry case to wear around the neck for added safety. This means my children can enjoy the benefits of financial independence without any worries.

What truly sets the Karri Card apart from other banking cards is the low risk opportunity it creates to teach valuable life skills. My kids have become more conscious of their spending habits, how much they have budgeted for an event and can take charge of purchases and payments at school which would normally require an adult to be present.

The convenience factor is outstanding and support via the app is quick and responsive. Our school community were finally able to host a safe, cashless event without parents having to oversee payments. A must-have!

Karri App is simply the best. No more shouting to the kids as to why they didn’t tell me about the R5 for civvies a day before, no more mess in the house turning everything upside down looking for coins. i can plan my kids lunches with karri. I realised by using karri app it gives self confidence on the little ones and i tell you they will be looking forward for the coming day”like ma’am my mum paid for me on karri”Sometimes even if they don’t know you have placed an order and they hear their name being called to collect their pizza on friday it brings joy to their hearts. I encourage parents to make use of the app, it’s a life saver
