Good with room to improve.
Overall good experience with the app. Would be nice if we could also do the following:
# get notification that your order is ready.
# transfer Vitality rewards to the wallet in app.
Easy to use; like the order ahead option to save time and avoid queues in the store - worked well when I tried it.
Also like the cash back - immediately hits your wallet balance.
Payment & Refund Issues
My order failed on the app but payment was successful on Credit Card. Not knowing that payment went through, I placed same order again so paid again. Still waiting on my Refund after 15 days. Was told it would take 7-14 days. After following up, my Refund was not processed or it was lost. So now I wait again for another 14 days. Rather stay away from this Beta app.
