Best way to order KFC online

Ordering directly from the KFC app is the best way to go.. They add much less of a markup on their products where as other online services heavily charge on markup.. The “Track my order” function is also very accurate and always keeps me updated on delivery status..

Since my family (Baby Mamma) loves chicken, I make use of the app quite frequently.. I would definitely recommend ordering KFC directly from their app..

Worst app

I downloaded the app tonight. Placed a order for a online special, it won’t let me check out or proceed to payment keeps giving me “you cart needs to be R70 up in order to checkout” my cart balance was R80-95.

Changed my order to something else, over a R100 it checks out. Get msg notifications that order had been placed, driver picked up order, driver is outside, order delivery in. All very quickly accept I never received my order so not sure who got my order. Note I also made a note on the app that the driver should call me when he is outside.

I phoned customer care a guy answered, he said he will phone me back and never heard from me again. I phoned customer care again and the lady said the order was delivered. Clearly but I never received it. So she asked if I want a refund or a voucher. I requested my refund as this was the 1st and last I use this app. Worst app, worst service do not advice using it unless you want to wait for your food that never arrives.

Nothing works

I can’t select delivery because there’s apparently never any restaurants near me that I can order at or that have drivers available for delivery.

I can’t change restaurants, it doesn’t accurately find my address (every other app I use has no issues) and I can’t even use collection because apparently there’s nothing in our area, and I know of 3 KFCs within 5km radius of me.

So it’s impossible to place an online order and get the deals because every time I try to place an order, it says nothing’s available and I have to start all over again. Utterly disappointing.
