Tried the Q-Skip option for the first time and I’m beyond impressed. 10/10I find the KFC app to be incredibly user-friendly, with an easy interface that makes it simple to browse the menu, customize my orders, and access exclusive deals. Ordering through the app is super convenient, allowing me to enjoy a contactless experience. I also love that the app saves my order history, so I can quickly reorder my favorite meals. The location-based services help me find nearby KFCs, check hours, and track delivery or pickup options. The Q Skip feature is a game-changer—it lets me skip the line, saving time and reducing wait times. Overall, these features make my KFC experience more efficient, convenient, and enjoyable.

It is really frustrating that I had to go the this process in order to get the most basic order!I ordered via your app. My order was streetwise 04, mini loafs, passion fruit krusher & a chocolate milkshake. Only when I completed the order, mintes later your Southway Branch’ s ice cream machine is broken. Tell me how is that my problem as a customer if you’re not going to mark your products unavailable until you sort yourself out?! Furthermore you can’t even transfer my order to another branch!!!! As a service provider, you never say no to a customer when it comes to service delivery because it is your own misleading fault! We have all worked in hospitality, if it means running across the road and getting what the customer wants so be it, actually that’s hot it done!!! It is another case when a customer takes the initiative to actually log a call to you seeking assistance. How do you turn them down? So much for such a big brand to easily turn their customers down. You are failing your customers by not even lifting a finger in assisting them!!!!

Ordering directly from the KFC app is the best way to go.. They add much less of a markup on their products where as other online services heavily charge on markup.. The “Track my order” function is also very accurate and always keeps me updated on delivery status.. Since my family (Baby Mamma) loves chicken, I make use of the app quite frequently.. I would definitely recommend ordering KFC directly from their app..

I downloaded the app tonight. Placed a order for a online special, it won’t let me check out or proceed to payment keeps giving me “you cart needs to be R70 up in order to checkout” my cart balance was R80-95.Changed my order to something else, over a R100 it checks out. Get msg notifications that order had been placed, driver picked up order, driver is outside, order delivery in. All very quickly accept I never received my order so not sure who got my order. Note I also made a note on the app that the driver should call me when he is outside. I phoned customer care a guy answered, he said he will phone me back and never heard from me again. I phoned customer care again and the lady said the order was delivered. Clearly but I never received it. So she asked if I want a refund or a voucher. I requested my refund as this was the 1st and last I use this app. Worst app, worst service do not advice using it unless you want to wait for your food that never arrives.
