Best workout app AND community EVER! 💛

The best thing about this app is that it feels like Steph and Laura are doing the workouts with you! There’s also so much freedom to choose how you want to work out and you aren’t forced to do a specific workout on a specific day!

Okay, I haven’t actually mentioned the absolute best part...when you join the “KIC” app, you get to join a closed group on FB, which allows you to ask for advice from ladies all over the world and, without fail, you will receive the most amazing support from not just the KIC Squad itself but from the ladies in the community 💛

Honestly, KIC has changed the way I feel about myself! I’d never be where I am today, in terms of my body image, without the help of this app and the awesome community that comes along with it!

Issue with timer

I love this app so much, and find it very easy to use. However there is no option to switch between the workout page and the timer feature which makes it very non user friendly if you are in the gym. Please can this feature be brought back! It wastes precious time having to exit and re-enter the workout from the timer after every round! Also during strength workouts with a number of different exercises per round it’s difficult to remember which exercises we must do if you’re in the timer tab!

The Low down..

Just recently signed up to Keep it Cleaner. It is a perfect platform set out with the all the healthy food plans, plus diet alternatives as well as 20 minute exercise routines. These are one on one, with either the lovely Laura or Steph. Two inspirational girls guiding you through your journey the whole way, on the app. I highly recommend downloading the Keep it Cleaner or even just giving it a try. You are bound to get hooked like me!
