Slow?

I’ve been using kik for well over two years now and it’s amazing! However, recently it’s gotten very slow, the messages take forever to show after the notification appears and sometimes it doesn’t even appear at all! I hope that the problem gets fixed soon, it’s amazing

KIK doesn’t care about it’s users safety!!!

Kik is a great platform to connect with people from all over the world. It’s fun and allows groups for people to interact with. However, it has one MAJOR problem... safety of its members!!
I had over 5 profiles steal my profile picture and impersonating me on kik groups.. I’ve lodged a complaint with evidence to Kik and received no response, nor have they removed the profiles.. these people are STILL using my picture and MANY other girl’s pictures for their own benefit.
It has a lot of bots entering groups as well. I feel sorry for those underage or those getting bullied on this app because Kik won’t do much for you unfortunately.. They state on their website they take impersonation VERY seriously, if that is the case, why has no one responded? Why do these profiles still exist?
KIK NEEDS TO GET MORE SECURITY FEATURES IN PLACE FOR ITS USERS AND QUICKLY, because they WILL lose users over this. I know I for one am very wary using the app right now and I’ve been a member for over 4 years now!

Video chat problem

Hi! Kik is a very nice app, but I have a bit of a problem.. yesterday I tried video chatting with my friends, but it didn’t work. The video chat won’t let me or my friends those it. There’s a glitch or something, because this never happened before. I even restarted and log out, but nothing seem to be working. Please fix this problem. I tired how many times today and it didn’t work. Please fix the video chat! And please reply to my message, I want to know when you guys are working on it. I really like this app so keep up with the good work and updates!! Thank you so much!!
