Poor service
On full insurance package I was unable to move and get flights refunded. Cant get through to an agent. Just automated answering machines. When you eventually get through to someone they refuse to assist.
Qatar airlines willing to refund Kiwi but Kiwi refuses to refund me.
At the start if my trip they even forgot to book one of the flights in my itinerary and I has to wait on the airport for 6 hours to get another flight.
Will NEVER book with Kiwi again and will NEVER recommend anyone to book with them either.
Messed up flight tickets
I booked 2 flights. I ended up with 2 tickets in one direction for some reason and I suspect I don’t have tickets for my second flight. No one was available to help with anything either. Luckily the airline was super helpful with everything, but not all airlines are like that

Link sharing glitch
when sharing links to flights over whatsapp it doesn’t allow you to open the link in the app or a browser. instead it takes you to the app store and it can’t read that the app is already installed on your phone. please fix that
